Have you seen Mojang added so the Ender Pearl can load chunks? well you can do it now on bedrock, of course with using this addon

This addon well, makes Ender Pearls load chunks (yes that simple, why do i need to complicate it?). this also change the Ender pearl physics so now you can create the ender pearl stasis much easier.
